Student Materials

IMS furnishes adjuster manuals, PowerClaim Software with manual and other materials.

Student should bring a calculator, notebook and pens/pencils. Any additional items needed will be listed in the confirmation letter.

Cancellation/Refunds

It is the responsibility of the student or sponsor company to immediately notify us if scheduled attendance must be cancelled. 50% refund if cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled class. Optional rescheduling can also be arranged.
